Now the following menu will open.
Step 3 : Enter Aadhaar Card Number and select Finger Print or OTP option.
Step 4 : Hit on Go
Now Complaint Registration Menu will be opened.

The following menu will be opened in Horizontal Format. It is arranged here in vertical format for convenience.
Complain Details
Topic : Select from the list i.e. Crime Related, Cyber Related, Others / Miscellaneous
Subject : Type Subject of complaint
Details : Type detailed complaint
Chose File : Chose document to be attached to support complaint. Scanned copy of written document with complainant's signature / thump impression can be attached.
OTP : Enter One Time Password received on your mobile
Step 6 : Hit on verify OTP option
