The humble Application of the Applicant above-named.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:-
1. That the present Miscellaneous Application is preferred by 27 aggrieved members of the ________________________ (Respondent No. 3) seeking protection of their constitutional rights as well as to protect their vital interest in terms of the Judgment dated _____.20_____ passed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The facts leading to the filing of the Miscellaneous Application and present Application are stated in detail in the Miscellaneous Application, and the facts set out in the Miscellaneous Application are not repeated herein for the sake of brevity and same may be permitted to be relied on in the present Application.

3. That the Applicant No. 5 Sh. _____________________, in the aforesaid Miscellaneous Application expired during the pendency of the M.A on _____.20_____. Copy of the death Certificate dated _____.20_____ of Applicant No. 5 is annexed hereto and marked as ANNEXURE-A-1 (PAGE NOS ___ TO ____).

The legal heirs of the Applicant No. 5 confirmed and declared that the applicant has no other legal heir. Address of all the family members are same as above.

5. That since the issue raised has financial implication of the cause of action survives even after the death of the Applicant No.5 and therefore it is in the interest of justice that the son of the Applicant No.5 may be brought on record as Applicant No. 5 in the proceedings before this Hon'ble court. Copy of the Aadhaar Card of Mr. ____for Applicant No. 5 is annexed here to and marked as ANNEXURE A-2 (PAGE NOS ___ TO ____).

6. That the Application is made bonafide and in the interest of justice.
